Tourist Class
This class has three fare types: Basic, Classic, and AM Plus. In the Tourist fare class, passengers are allowed to carry 1 carry-on baggage and 1 personal item with a combined weight of the baggage of 15 kilograms (33 lb.). Types of Baggage allowed in the Cabin
Carry-on baggage
The carry-on baggage with wheels or without wheels should not exceed the dimensions of 55 x 40 x 25 cm or 21.5” x 15.7” x 10” inches.
Personal items
The personal items will include purses, briefcases, umbrellas, fanny packs, computers/ laptops, etc. However, the item must be fitted beneath your cabin seats in front of you.
Cancellation Policy
- If passengers cancel their flight that will depart in 3 days or less to the scheduled departure, they need to pay the total ticket amount as a penalty to Aeromexico.
