Customer service here is awesome! The Vietnam trip was amazing. Everything went smoothly. Been going to this place since I was a baby. It took only five minutes to book my flights and a week to process a normal visa. I can call them anytime and they answer all of my questions. Amy was amazing and our month-long honeymoon trip to Italy and Greece went great! It was very expertly planned (done within a week!) and pretty seamless going from city to city. Ever since we found Amy almost (literally) a decade ago, she has helped us with countless trips – international, domestic, AND cruises – with destinations ranging from UK, Iceland, and Alaska just to name a few. Albert is our hero. We had planned a complicated trip for my grandparents in their 80’s who have been married for 56 years. They wanted to visit their daughter and grandchildren in Europe so we planned a first-class trip to Europe for them. My grandparents required special assistance from needing a medical escort to special wheelchair services and special diets. Not to mention we planned the trip to occur within two weeks. Albert handled everything. We had a snafu with the airline the DAY OF travel, but Albert handled it for us. Thank goodness he was our travel agent. Albert emailed us at 1 am sometimes and worked diligently to make the trip work for us.
